The SVR122 can record and store footage locally with its built-in hard drive. It can also interface with the Alarm.com servers so that you can view the cameras attached to it via your Alarm.com app. You can also view live or recorded footage locally by connecting a computer monitor or TV screen to the SVR by plugging in an HDMI cable. You can also plug in a mouse to the port on the SVR122 so that you can navigate its menus with the monitor hooked up. The SVR122 will continuously record footage until the hard drive is full. Once the hard drive is full the SVR122 will begin to delete the oldest footage first. The SVR122 measures 3.5 x 3.5 x 5.8” and has an aesthetically pleasing design that fits into any modern home decor.
