• AlarmVisor installs the security and or home automation equipment and assumes warranty of equipment.

Training

• A dedicated AlarmVisor representative for your community provides smart home system training for your homeowners. Continued training is available and there is no limit on the number of times we train the homeowner, or any fees.

3 years of home automation

• We provide three years of access to the Alarm.com platform. This is available to homeowners who do not want to sign up for a Brinks monitored service and choose to self-monitor.

Custom packages

• All new construction home technology packages can be customized by AlarmVisor professionals for your brand and budget level.

DESIGN CENTER & UPGRADE

Increased revenue

• You can upcharge Brinks Monitored home automation and security equipment for additional revenue- and the homeowner can wrap the cost into their mortgage- if you have the options to do so.

No construction delay

• We install all equipment post-construction to help avoid construction delays and avoid any wires being cut. If the client choses video surveillance, we will install those with the security equipment as well.

Homebuyer presentations

• We can provide AlarmVisor smart home automation lifestyle packages and videos for you to present to prospective homeowners.

Close lists

• As an AlarmVisor Builder Partner, you provide AlarmVisor with your close list or express written consent forms signed by the homeowner.

Equipment discounts

• We provide you with special discount pricing on smart home automation and security equipment for your model homes, design centers, and offices.

Installation and monitoring discounts

• AlarmVisor will provide your new homeowners with special installation and monitoring discounts.
